Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the chochanservices.online website (the "Site") and your engagement of catering and event management services from Chochan Technology Inc., doing business as Chochan Events & Catering ("Chochan," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book our services.

Our Services

Chochan provides catering services and event management services as described on our Services and Pricing Packages pages, including buffet, plated and drop-off catering, and event planning, coordination and production services. Package descriptions, guest ranges and price ranges shown on the Site are general guidance; final scope and pricing for your specific event are confirmed in writing before booking.

Quotes, Bookings & Payment

• All services are booked as individual, one-time projects. We do not offer recurring billing, subscriptions or auto-renewing plans of any kind.
• A final price for your event is confirmed in writing (by email or a signed agreement) before any deposit is due.
• A non-refundable deposit is generally required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due according to the schedule agreed at booking. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver your event successfully, you agree to:

• Provide accurate guest counts, dietary requirements and venue details within the timelines we request
• Confirm menu, timeline and logistics details by any deadlines set out in your event agreement
• Ensure venue access, power, water and any permits required for on-site setup and service are arranged in advance, unless otherwise agreed
• Communicate any changes to your event as early as possible

Changes to Your Event

We understand that event details evolve. Reasonable adjustments to guest count, menu or timeline may be accommodated where possible, subject to availability and any resulting price adjustment. Significant changes made close to your event date may not be possible to accommodate and may be treated as a partial cancellation under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, postponements and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chochan's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue issues, third-party vendor failures or other events of force majeure.

Intellectual Property

The content on this Site, including text, images, graphics and the Chochan name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Chochan Technology Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Maryland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
